Before entering healthcare, I spent over five years at Jabil Inc. as a Cleanroom Line Group Lead/Assistant Supervisor, where I led high-performing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. I oversaw cleanroom operations, ensured compliance with safety and SOP standards, monitored production metrics, and resolved real-time issues to maintain peak efficiency. My ability to lead under pressure, mentor team members, and drive operational success has seamlessly carried over into my healthcare career.
