I have been in the mortgage business over 16 years. I am passionate about helping others and especially have a special place in my heart for the elderly. Prior to LoanDepot, I was employed with Southeast Mortgage Georgia; 04/2016- 10/2022; position held Team Lead Processor.
Prior to Southeast Mortgage of Georgia, I was employed with Academy Mortgage 11/2013-04/2016; As a Loan Officer Assistant/ Processor.
My strengths include organizational skills, researching and problem resolution. Strong ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization and analytical. Possesses excellent oral and verbal communications.
Skills include the ability to work efficiently, handle multiple tasks with critical time frames and remain focused on customer satisfaction. Consistently maintain high levels of productivity, working independently or as a contributing team member. My loan processing expertise are Conforming & Nonconforming Loans, ARMs, Jumbo Loans, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac Guidelines, FHA, VA, USDA (Rural Development Loans), Georgia Dream, NCHFA and SC Housing.
I graduated with a BS in Biology, from Paine College in Augusta, GA. This field taught me that, if I can graduate with a Biology degree and I was laid off in the healthcare field 16 years ago. I was able to transition into the mortgage field with no hesitation; loved every moment.
