I am a current educator, I have been for the last 10 years. Before becoming an educator, I was a CNA for 16 years. I have a dual BA degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Development. I love servicing others.
I am a lead teacher, making sure my classroom environment is safe and calm for all my students, by setting routines and rules inside and outside the classroom. Also, by making sure I have excellent time management. I implement small groups to help meet the needs of all my students by setting goals to meet towards the end of the year with parents and guardians so that everyone is on the same routines.
I have one on one engagement with each student to hear how they are feeling, and help the solve a problems. I set up parent teacher meetings to talk about each students growths and the goals that needs to be met.
