Perform Core Business for UAM compliance for validating NESC violations and preparing data for PGE Inspections and Sanctions billing and notification of corrections needed for Portland General Electric's Distribution and Transmission poles. Assist the Fitnes team with creating work orders using QuickBase for the Forestry and Landscape departments for underground and aerial utility. I have processed the entire cumulation of the Collector application files for the post construction inspections of over 10,000 violations in 2023;12,000 violations in 2024; and 14,000 violations in 2025, and billing over $5 million in inspection and sanction fees in the past 3 years for the UAM compliance team.

Project

Administrator for the MCI / Verizon High Volume Agreement Project ($22,000,000.00). And was Awarded PGE Project of the Year for 2022.

Design

Coordinator for PGE UAM Wireless team.

• Conducted all conflict analysis on over 20,000 poles for MCI VZ Aerial, MCI Small Cell on the MCI HVA project. Also handle all permitting tasks and training in Maximo, SPIDA and validated NESC violations using LIDAR, for post construction corrections
• Created 250 PGE permits and administered through Close / Active status for attachments for the MCI HVA project.
• Training and tasked with doing pre-inspection field write ups on poles scheduled for small cell attachments, currently for VZ
• Initial processing of all Turn-Key invoicing for PGE & MCI HVA, this includes all work orders for construction, pole change outs and make ready work relating to Distribution and Transmission utility poles.
