I graduated college with a degree in Business Information Systems and started to work for a small recruiting firm in Nashville. After a year there I started a contract role at American General Life and Accident Insurance company. The contract role turned permanent and I stayed at American General holding multiple roles including Help Desk, Network Administration and Technical Support.
From there I moved to Asurion and worked as a Systems Analyst and Resource Manager to a non-prod team, where we were responsible for support in the QA space in addition to completing deployments for the organizations testing needs. Later I went to Asurion and continued work as a Systems Analyst for the IT Operations team in addition to managing multiple team projects utilizing Scrum methods.
IT professional with experience as a Systems Analyst certified in AWS and PMI. Knowledgeable in IT Operations, Data Movement, Software Development and Application Migration.
