As a Business Immigration Attorney at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., I assist a variety of corporate clients in an array of industries with obtaining employment-based visas, both nonimmigrant and immigrant, for their professional workforce. This includes new hires, existing employees, and international intra-company transfers. I provide guidance based on immigration policies and applicable state and federal laws, communicating directly with clients' employee workforces as well as their client contacts to determine each specific case strategy and provide insight to the overarching process.
I also prepare communications, applications, and petitions to be submitted to federal agencies such as USCIS and DOL.
