I’m a senior Telecom Project and Program Manager with more than 25 years of telecommunications experience and over 20 years with AT&T. My background includes network infrastructure, circuit provisioning, fiber and Ethernet, cloud and network modernization, migrations, decommissioning, and service delivery.
Most recently, I was a Lead Network Project/Program Manager with AT&T Global Video Solutions, managing complex, high-visibility network initiatives and coordinating Engineering, Operations, Provisioning, vendors, Finance, and customers from planning through implementation and operational handoff. One of my key accomplishments was leading major network optimization, migration, and decommissioning initiatives that generated more than $2.4 million in annualized cost savings, exceeding our $2 million savings goal at 124%. I also supported critical network delivery for major customers and high-profile sporting events, including NASCAR, the NFL, MLB, NBA, and other national broadcast and venue programs.
I’m PMP, Scrum, SAFe, Agile, and Six Sigma trained, and one of my biggest strengths is being able to bridge the gap between the technical side of telecom and the project management side. I know how to take a complex network initiative, build structure around it, manage the risks and dependencies, and lead the teams through successful delivery.
