- Attend and plans recruitment activities, ensure marketing materials are available to both new team members and potential team members. Advertise the company and benefits that company offers.
- Follow organizational policies and procedures, including State of Franklin Healthcare Associates Compliance Manual, Code of Ethics and Business Standards, HR Policies and Procedures Manual, Team Members Handbook.
