I am a hospitality professional currently employed as the Head Concierge at Escondido Golf and Lake Club in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. I am the go to person for all of our members needs, from dining reservations to setting up boat rides, airport trips, or whatever miscellaneous needs they may have. If they want it, I will find a way to get it!

I am proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe. I enjoy creating stunning menus, graphics, and anything else to heighten the club experience.

Point of contact for all member needs. Managing the incoming calls and directing calls to the appropriate Club team member. Making reservations for members and their guests and suggesting activities and services to enhance their experience. Coordinate lodging reservations and communicating to the appropriate team for all their needs. Creating a diversified club calendar with events and oversee the coordination of events. Coordinate with vendors and create relationships.

Graduated from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas with a Bachelor's Degree.
