I’m a hardworking Concrete Industry Management student who takes pride in learning through hands-on experience. Growing up around construction, I developed a strong appreciation for hard work, teamwork, and building something that lasts. I enjoy being part of a crew, learning from others, and stepping up to challenges with a positive attitude. I’m driven to grow my knowledge of the concrete and construction industry.

• Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance for safe operation.

Operator, Rental Associate

• Delivered ready-mix concrete, performed batching, pump operations, precast production, earthwork, and flatwork finishing.
• Assisted with estimating, bidding, and marketing to support project delivery and business growth.
• Trained and guided new operators as a Ready-Mix Driver Trainer, upholding OSHA standards.
• Helped oversee rental operations through equipment coordination, customer assistance, and maintenance support.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Concrete Industry Management, where I am gaining a strong foundation in concrete materials, construction practices, project management, and business operations within the industry. My coursework and hands-on learning experiences have strengthened my understanding of concrete production, jobsite processes, and the overall construction process.
