My name is Tyler, I am on the spectrum. I am adaptive and strive for growth and development where my skills are needed, I have 6+ years experience in health support services in Louisianas' biggest trauma center OLGMC and my ultimate goal in life is to become a paramedic 🙂 I also love people!
I started my career in Environmental Health sanitation services at Lafayette General medical center when I was 18 years old, after one year of working in a hospital setting, I was offered a job as a Patient Transport technician. I started becoming more interested in our healthcare system and decided working in emergency health services was what I am passionate about, through these last 6 years of patient to patient contact (non-clinical) I have gained much experience and priceless wisdom.
I have my General Education certificate, I was also a student at National EMS Academy but could not finish due to a pitbull attack.
