Tyler McKinney

My name is Tyler McKinney. My background, skills, and experience is very open from learning and teaching in the childcare field care development to operating my own in home childcare. I have several years of working with children from birth to second grade.

I enjoy finding creative ways to help children learn, grow, and develop their minds. Teaching is a passion that helps me mold and create diverse learning for our youth. I also have warehouse experience from material worker to team lead.

I have worked with groups sizes of 15. I have the ability to lead, motivate and work hard to get the job done.

At FedEx, I was a team leader for the CTV department. Trucks in bound and outbound. My job duties included moving freight around to designated lines on the for the workers. I was tug certified as well as forklift certified for my time there. I also was in charge or having team meetings and productivity.
