Tyler Satter

As a drain technician, I have spend years honing my abilities in cabling and hydro-jetting drain lines. I take pride in my ability to quickly diagnose issues and provide outstanding customer service, all while building rapport with the customers. Outside of work, I live a simple and quiet life. I live out in rural country, and have a number of hobbies I enjoy to do in my free time.

I have been an active drain technician for a little over two years. I have worked for a few companies, and have also helped acquaintances with freelance jobs in between. I have garnered different skills over this time, from proficiency of my cable work and my ability to articulate the value of my services at Roto-Rooter, to working independently and creating the structure of the position at Sewer Renewal Specialist, to tuning my skills as a hydro-jetter and offering services outside the scope of my position at 3 Mountains Home Services.

All of my education related to the job as come from on the job experience. I had one trainer in particular who was extremally effective at teaching me, his success came from his training by another drain technician that would go on to start his own company and take on major clients. He would go on to help build up the drain tech department with a well known home service company.
