Manage all activities, equipment, programs, and functions at "The Reserve," ensuring a high-quality and safe experience for participants.
- Lead shooting sports programs, including planning, setup, instruction, range safety and teardown
- Develop a new handgun range for CDA National Reserve, including target setup, safety procedures, training classes, and maintenance plans
- Oversee the development and construction of a five-stand trap shooting range, including infrastructure planning, safety protocols, and program creation
- Maintain all firearms and equipment, ensure proper function, and make recommendations for future purchases and supplies
- Serve as the lead instructor for archery and axe throwing, facilitating group experiences and securing coverage when necessary
- Regularly maintain targets, shooting ranges, axe throwing facilities, and general premises, ensuring a clean and functional environment
- Develop and implement curriculum for instructional classes, safety training, and risk management
- Assist with marketing and promotions of shooting sports activities and related programs
- Organize leagues, tournaments, and events to enhance member engagement
- Contribute to trail development and maintenance in other areas of the property
- Support general landscaping and maintenance projects as needed
- Help in other areas within the Recreation Department, on busy days or during events

- Put together Fishing tournaments and events
- Drive boats help with fishing at "The Lakehouse"
