Recently relocated to San Diego and very much enjoy hospitality.
I have been in the food and beverage industry for over 8 years. I enjoy being curious and am constantly learning about food and wine & spirits. I started as a host at The Melting Pot in Gaslamp and has since trained and worked various FOH roles in other restaurants. The past 4 years I have enjoyed and appreciated working in fine dining and casual fine dining.
I continue my education in wine & spirits with tastings and staying on top of new information through WSET and Guild of Somms.
