I've been working as a CNA for just about 3 years, I've always been passionate about making sure my residents are able to live a happy life in their home. The little things matter to them and I try my best to make sure they get what they need and more. I've grown to be great at communication especially with my residents who have trouble communicating.

Being in a team has come easy to me and I'm not afraid to ask for help or offer my assistance to my team member. I strive to be a co worker that my peers can rely on
