• Answer and route all incoming calls
• Prepare and mail all US/UPS/Fed Ex packages.
• Filing of materials in general files area
• Inventory track off site storage
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain contact lists
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies
• Go to court and pick up / file any legal documents
• Clean break room and make coffee
• Complete all other task as assigned.
