The Wound Care Registered Nurse is responsible for providing hands-on patient care and acting as Case Manager for assigned patients throughout all processes of wound care from admission to discharge.
Responsibilities include wound assessments and wound care involving specialized dressings, patient general health assessments, collaboration with Provider and wound care clinic staff throughout the patient's wound care visit, collaboration with outside organizations/services, completing all aspects of wound care documentation and following through with Provider's orders as directed.

The Clinical Nurse
Manager provides clinical oversight of the wound care clinic and hyperbaric medicine services. This includes oversight of patient and staffing schedule, productivity, participation in weekly meetings, and monitoring of metrics specific to clinical goals.
