I'm an industrial Engineer with extensive hands on experience in rotating machinery, including; vibration analysis, laser shaft alignment, laser pulley alignment, on-site impeller balancing, and machine overhaul. My knowledge and experience can help any company establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program to decrease downtime due to breakdowns, and increase productivity and efficiency.
I started out working in an automotive repair shop during my secondary education. My love for machines lead me to pursue a higher education in engineering. During my studies I worked as a mechanical technician in a juice factory learning about and gaining experience in the beverage production industry.
I learned about rotating machinery, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, ammonia refrigeration, reading and understanding schematic drawings, and machine overhauling. During my graduate studies I pursued a more specialized flied of work when I started working for a vibration analysis company. There, I learned the theoretical and practical aspects of vibration in rotating machinery.
I have a BS & MS in Industrial Engineering. The coursework required to finish these degrees teach Industrial Engineers the skills necessary to optimize work processes. These skills can be applied in a very wide array of industries.
