I worked at Oshi Floral, Nashville TN, which was a prominent florist, who was voted by the Nashville Scene to be the number 1, premiere florist for many years. Being a key holder, I was trusted to open and close the shop. I handled taking payments and helping walk-ins.
I performed receptionist duties, such as taking customer service orders via the phone and processing them into the computer system. I also prepped for the next day's events and orders. I ordered flowers for each day's orders and designed custom floral arrangements as per each customer's needs.
For over 25 years, I garnered many five star reviews for my excellence in floral design and customer service.
