I graduated from Rasmussen University with an ADN on December 16th, 2023. Seeking the chance to increase my skills and knowledge base to continue to grow as a nurse and provide exceptional patient care. I have 12+ years of clinical experience as a phlebotomist, 5 of those spent at a Magnet facility known as Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital, before becoming a Nurse in 2024. I have 1.5 years of correctional RN and 6 months of pediatric home healthcare RN experience.

Pediatric Home Healthcare RN (Night Shift) at HCP Home Health Agency (2025-08 – Present)

Responsible for direct care and case management of a 10-year-old child with the following medical conditions: cerebral palsy with spastic quadriplegia, ARX gene mutation, seizure disorder, asthma, dystonia, and recurrent acute pancreatitis.

• Feeding and medication administration via G-tube, G-tube removal and replacement, tracheotomy management and care including removal and replacement, diaphragm pacer management, seizure and postictal observation, Central line dressing changes, wound care, chest physiotherapy, cough assist machine, and urinary foley insertion and removal for straight catheter.
• Home Health admissions, resumption of care, and recertification of care.
• Observations and review of home health aide and LPN provided care.
• Provide 24/7 in-home nursing care and skilled nursing.
• Maintain paper head-to-toe assessment and Q2-hour note sheets per Patient.
• Submission of weekly billing sheets.

Registered Nurse (Night Shift) at Centurion Health (2024-03 – 2025-08)

• IV push and piggyback, peg tube feeding, med administration through PO/IM/IV/SC/peg tube, and Foley insertion and removal.
• eMAR review, insulin medication pass (47+ patients), SHOS admission and charting, Medical Emergency Charge Nurse, Code management, triage assessments, and review of LPN documentation.
• Hold charge keys for Narcotics and Sharps. Maintaining accountability of these items.
• Providing after-hour Emergency Medical Services.

• Assisting in maintaining up-to-date logs throughout the medical unit.
