Manages the corporate office real estate transactions for 9 different high producing agents and have implemented two new programs within the office to help our agents be more successful, along with planning all trainings for the company. Worked on multiple Mixed-Use Developments from conception, including assemblages & entitlements to completion. Created and helped revise business plans, offering memorandums, and pro forms for multiple Mixed-Use/Commercial projects.

I have worked in the Real Estate industry since middle-school, from transaction management, property management, office management, and brokerage. Currently I am an associate broker with Lyons Team Realtors, but I am also the transaction coordinator, developer, and project manager for the multiple projects we are working on. Knowledgeable in assemblages, entitlements, and filling projects.

I have extensive experience in management from my year of being a store manager of 2 stores with Kirkland's Home Decor, and shift leader experience in other retail jobs. I work closely with my teams in every job I have had to ensure that we get the job done and everyone is happy with the finished product.
