My intention is to create learning environments in which people learn naturally and passionately. I am committed to forwarding effective, rich e-learning and virtual world learning as killer applications. 

I have over 35 years in the corporate learning and development and higher education industries. I am A.B.D. with my doctoral work in curriculum & instruction, with areas of specialization in organizational development and education leadership; educational research, applied statistics, testing and measurement; educational evaluation; and instructional design. My undergraduate degree is in chemistry.

I had my own business for over 32 years. My major clients included Fortune 50 oil and petrochemical companies, institutions of higher education, major providers in the hospitality industry, the healthcare and medical industries, and more. I currently work for a major medical school in the School of Nursing as an instructional designer, course builder, AI media specialist, gamification specialist, and I coach faculty on their research design and publishing.

I was adjunct faculty for a university for over 7 years in the areas of education, educational technology, and technology applications. I was the preferred provider for over 15 years for the North American Shell MATPC refineries for instructional design training for subject matter experts (SMEs) that were moving into training and learning roles.
