Vitana Marshall

My name is Vitana Marshall, I am a first-generation college senior who is eager to make my family proud, under one condition. I must do what I love and love what I do, which explains my relationship with film & video production. I have always been someone who admires organization and collaboration in efforts to reach a common goal.

In all I have an undeniable love and passion for filmmaking and everything it entails! I am currently a newly graduated student from Stevenson University with a Bachelor of Science in Film/Moving Image screenwriting and production. Obtaining this employment opportunity would be a major help in allowing me to demonstrate everything I've learned and how helpful I can be in the workforce with the knowledge I've acquired.

This opportunity would provide me with the resources and experience that would contribute to my portfolio as a film & video producer. I have one student assistant position on campus during the semester that requires much communication and teamwork. I have worked as a summer production intern for my local county television station (PGCTV) and a production intern during the semester with Focal Point Productions.

I work great both independently and, in a team, as a natural leader, however I always gravitate towards teamwork when possible. I have been told that I am great at following directions, and it is clear in my work that quality over quantity being something that I live by. With this position I intend to gain the much-needed experience to start my career in the right direction while also making new connections.
