- Strong experience in Business and Functional requirements gathering, developing use cases, writing Business requirements document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), Software Requirement Document (SRD), Use Case Specifications, Minor Development Document (MDD), Agile Scope Documents, Feature and Iteration List and etc..
- Extensive skills in writing epic and user stories, managing content management system, creating and maintaining product backlogs, and running burn-down charts to track the progress of the Agile project.
- Excellent experience as scrum master in Agile project management methodology.
- Exceptional experience with Change Management and familiar with version control tools such as GITHUB.
- Adept in conducting GAP and Impact Analysis and in developing Use Case Models, Use Case Diagrams, Structural
Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Process Flows, Data Flows, and Work Flows, and documenting them using Microsoft Visio.
- Proficient in developing Data Mapping and Identifying Bottlenecks of sources, mappings, targets and sessions with strong understanding of Data Models in data warehouse environment.
