I have pursued my passion for technology and security through coursework and certifications in cybersecurity. I have a strong understanding of network security, cryptography, and threat analysis, and I am eager to apply these skills to a professional setting.

I am confident that my retail background, combined with my education and passion for technology, make me an ideal candidate.

Working in retail has given me the opportunity to develop excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to think on my feet and solve problems quickly. I have also gained valuable experience in managing sensitive information and adhering to strict security protocols.

Through Thinkful's Cybersecurity certification program, I am learning industry best practices in commonly used cybersecurity frameworks, guidelines, compliance, and laws. I have engaged in technical hands-on labs for live experience in tools commonly used by cybersecurity professionals today, such as Kali Linux. As well as developed incident response and vendor risk assessment reports. I am also pursuing my Associate of Science degree with Lone Star College.
