• Direct major platform upgrades and integrations, including single sign-on, API-enabled workflows, mobile and offline learning, self-enrollment, and cross-organizational learner management.
• Partner with faculty, committees, residency programs, international organizations, product owners, and vendors to translate educational goals into scalable learning systems.
