I started my career as an Exec Director of a small assisted living community while still in college. That lead to various internal promotions and then on to other levels and types of care. My opportunities have been to provide oversite of 27 Assisted Living & Memory Care Communities and the appropriate field staff for support, working with dementia based home care operations and adult day services, and providing consulting services in these areas for other companies.
During these times of growth, I developed skills in financial management, people management, sales and marketing programs with accountability, clinical and regulatory compliance, as well as resident, client, and family satisfaction.
