Warren Davis

I have been in the electrical trade for 35+ years. Beginning my experience in the Navy as a Navy SeaBee, I have worked primarily in commercial installations. However I also have years of experience doing residential and industrial installations as well. I'm originally from Seattle, WA and have recently relocated to Texas permanently. I'm looking for a chance to apply my vast experience and knowledge to an employer that can appreciate it. I'm a smart and hard worker who's also a team player and mentor to new members in the trade. I'm passionate about safety and mentorship, and love learning of new technology and techniques within the trade.

Commercial Electric Superintendent/Foreman | Coast Salish Construction & Electrical | March 2023 – March 2025

• Responsible for the commercial electric side of the company with duties from customer introduction, through the planning and building phase, and culminating in project completion tasks.
• Worked closely with the company owner and Administrator/Master Electrician to implement employee safety standards and training.
• Consistently exceeded project budget goals by a minimum of 10%

Electrical Journeyman/Foreman | IBEW Local 46 (Various Contractors) | July 1999 – August 2025

• Electrical foreman/Journeyman responsible for the electrical installations in various commercial and industrial locations.
• Developed daily, weekly and monthly construction plans, held daily meetings and laid out the crew on objectives and goals. 
• Worked closely with Superintendent and Project Manager to implement safety and training sessions for the crew.
• Completed electrical installations of multiple projects in the Seattle area, including high profile projects such as Climate Pledge Arena, Amazon HQ, Expedia HQ, Facebook and Microsoft.
