The nature of the job demands multitasking, time management, teamwork, safety procedures and the ability to think on your feet in a fast paced scheduled down to the minute outdoor environment. Including the Coordinating the Education and Safety of 18- 45 children in conjunction with the national and state park service members who support the YMCA programming. Managing and supporting a team of camp counselors.
Overseeing and planning the visitation at a multitude of significant cultural heritage/Educational Sites around Missouri. Public interaction is a daily job whether it's explaining the program to visitors of the locations or interacting with the parents of the children.
