- Request for Physical & Mental C.E. (medical records), also request to contact client if haven't apply yet, request to postponed hearing, or enclose reconsideration or request for hearing).
- When potential client returns representation forms (I send them witness statements P.C.E. - M.I.R & fibromyalgia forms & add request for hearing, request for reconsideration forms also send to Social Security our SSA-1695 to collect fee.
- Submit all evidence we have from client to Social Security electronically- If its paper case I scan and send letter to social security with evidence enclosed.
- When we receive a barcode from Social Security I input barcode in prevail system, scan & save separately all the forms including barcode that came together and save.
- When we get denial letters from Social Security I immediately send appeal forms to client and appeal all denial online if not available online do it by paper.
- Intake Report (monthly report of how many intakes the intake team has done and how our progress is).
- Prospect Report (monthly report of how many interviews of prospects we are doing per month and we have a meeting once a week to see how we can improve our numbers).
- Cut on Set Appeal (send a letter to Social Security with the date the client became disabled so that social security will find him disabled since that date and client would be eligible for benefits).
