With over 30 years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC), Wendy Golden is currently serving in an experiential assignment for Nuclear System in Product Support. Previously, Ms. Golden worked as the Technical Director and Acting Transition Program Manager for the Office of Digital Engineering in the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Systems Engineering Directorate located in Chantilly, VA.
She was responsible for supporting the Director of Digital Engineering by providing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) technical knowledge, strategic input, financial and programmatic review, and assistance in transformation of the overall organization outlined in the NRO Digital Engineering Strategy. She is also the lead for the NRO MBSE Community of Practice and organizational outreach activities.
