With Mechanism-guided Process Development (MPD) strategy and solid synthetic/analytical chemistry knowledge and skills, I am competent in the organic synthesis and process research and development for commercial production. I am proficient in the project management, paying attention to crucial details to meet every development milestone. I have excellent organization and interdisciplinary communication skills.

I have extensive knowledge and experience in organic synthesis and chemical process research and development in the pharmaceutical industry and academic environment. I have authored a process book, Handbook for Chemical Process Research and Development. The 1st edition was published by CRC press in 2016, and the 2nd edition in 2023.

I have PhD in Organic Chemistry from Nanjing University, China, Master and Bachelor degrees from Lanzhou University, China.
