PACS Administrator - Longstreet Clinic

Responsible for all imaging software, and storage of DICOM images. As the PACS Administrator I am responsible for the daily operations of the Picture Archiving and Communications systems. This includes but is not limited to, insuring the connection between all modalities throughout the clinic, negotiating contracts for our picture archiving and communications systems vendor, planning maintenance and upkeep to ensure storage requirements and speeds are met for our clinic, ensuring smooth workflows for our Radiologists between our RIS, PACS, and dictation software, and working with third party health care locations to ensure patient care is being met.

I worked closely with North East Georgia Hospital to provide an easy connection between our PACS and their EMR (EPIC). In this clinic their are over 30 modalities as well as 100 providers and 2 radiologists I work with in order to keep our imaging department running as smooth as possible.

Systems Engineer - Halski Systems now Logically at Longstreet Clinic

Responsible for managing over 3000 users and computers at a massive Clinic in Gainesville Georgia. Oversee updates to scheduling software for each department. Management of active directory and configuring Group Policy for each department.

Oversee project for deployment of hardware to over 700 individuals in the clinic as well as extensive hardware replacement inside most of computers in each of those. Responsible for the entire Radiologist workstation at the clinic which has custom hardware installed into a tower sized PC as well as custom software given directly from Northeast Georgia Hospital as well as General Electric Healthcare. Responsible for configuration of users in Microsoft Exchange Server as well as web filter contents.

Management of firewalls, VPNs, and proxies setup throughout the clinic. HEAVY EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL IT AS WELL AS EPIC AND CITRIX.

Financial Manager - First Approval Source - Buford, GA

As one of the top finance managers at the company I was responsible for guiding at least 25-30 people through the recreational finance process at any given time. Communicating what banks require from each customer to make the process as smooth as possible as well as selling backend products to each individual. I was put in charge of 3 of our top accounts and ensured that their customers were taken care of throughout the finance process.

At one point I was sent to a conference to finance boats at a show for one of our top accounts. Throughout my time there I was able to reel in $600,000.00 profits for the company.

Executing the upgrade of all systems for clients from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Project included remoting into multiple systems at once via LabTech in order to upgrade them. Responsible for upgrading all machines at The Longstreet Clinic for different locations and all departments. This involved using Goverlan to target systems in each department to determine software needed to install onto new hard drives. Managed and performed maintenance on FOG servers to upload updated images to the server.
