I’ve been a teacher and coach for 25* years. I have experience recruiting to community colleges as well as private colleges. I build successful teams from teams that have not been successful. I help to create positive culture.

My main professional experience has been in coaching and recruiting. In that includes logistics, planning, budgeting, implementation and collaboration with others. I have also been involved in active duty service in the Navy.
