In past positions, I developed application user guides, online help, and API documentation, always adhering to branding mandates and style guide rules. Furthermore, I have collaborated with Project Managers to determine project scope, engaged in feedback loops with SMEs after completing drafts, and worked with developers to obtain a full understanding of application concepts and features.
