Fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry scoping damages for anything from exterior storm related damages to large loss fire, flood, water discharge damages.
I also do appraisals and hold a Public Adjuster license in the State of Texas.
I have been involved in homebuilding, restoration and remodeling. Additionally, I was a claims adjuster for 10 years for multiple insurance companies (State Farm, USAA, Nationwide, Texas Windstorm and many more). I have documented large loss damages for fire, wind and water claims, and created large loss multi-million-dollar estimates for fire losses, including expert work for an attorney.
With 20+ years in restaurant and retail management, customer service and communication skills are well ingrained.
