Work for New Jersey State Corrections I as a institute trade instructor in the food service department. Trained around 60 employees under my direction along with 100 inmates on all facets of industrial food preparation as well as proper techniques of cleaning and sanitizing their surroundings. Also was responsible for storeroom with orders of inventory as well as training employees on proper measures of rotating stock and keeping record of inventory.
