Ramped up a Learning and Development department including a full staff of training professionals to advance the competency needs of 2,000+ retail employees in 45 stores spread across a wide geographic area, and 300 Warehouse/Distribution employees in 6 Plants. Deployed a comprehensive Leadership Development program and exclusive Mentoring program to strengthen leadership competency within the organization and promote Inclusion and Equity initiatives to provide access for under-served individuals. This included an in-house designed Goodwill Learning University that eventually scaled globally to an average of 20,000 learners in 32 countries on a weekly basis.
