Aspiring IT professional with a strong foundation in troubleshooting, customer service, and technical concepts gained through academic studies and hands-on projects. Recently completed an associate degree in Cybersecurity, I have developed skills in networking, system administration, and resolving technical issues in physical environments. Known for problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and a client-first approach, I am eager to apply my knowledge in a Tech role.
My goal is to continue learning and growing in IT fundamentals while gaining real-world experience to contribute effectively to an organization’s success
I am an Devoted IT Professional with a big passion for technology, especially networking and cybersecurity. I’ve recently earned my associate degree in Computer Systems Networking with a specialization in Cybersecurity from Houston Community College and am now studying for my Cisco CCNA certification to take my skills to the next level.
I’ve worked on some really exciting projects, like setting up a help desk ticketing system using Azure Virtual Machines, configuring an Active Directory domain on Windows Server, and completing hands-on IT labs that taught me how to troubleshoot and solve technical problems. These experiences have helped me understand how IT systems work and how to fix them when they don’t.
Besides technical skills, I also have a lot of experience working with people. As a Sales Associate at Lowe's, I’ve learned how to listen to customers, solve their problems, and make sure they leave satisfied. At school, I’ve been the Chief Marketing Officer of the Computer Science Association, where I helped organize events and get students involved in cool tech projects and competitions.
I’m also really into cybersecurity challenges like the National Cyber League and Hack the Box, which have helped me build skills in penetration testing and finding vulnerabilities in systems. I love learning new things, and I’m excited to keep growing my skills and work toward my goal of becoming a system administrator or even a penetration tester someday. For me, it’s all about using what I know to solve problems and make a difference.
