William Riback

William Riback is an attorney based in New Jersey. His notoriety comes from his repeated advocacy in the defense of individuals’ rights. He’s worked on both state and federal cases for over two decades. He’s skilled in working employee discrimination, criminal charges, civil rights, as well as class-action lawsuits. He’s gained a ton of traction from being a reasonable counsel to work for and has incredible research and communication skills.

He worked for three decades building a satisfied client base as the Founder and Managing Partner of The Law Offices of William Riback. After getting his bachelor’s in Political Science at Richard Stockton College, he obtained a Juris Doctorate at American University. After, he clerked for two years and identified and inspired volunteers as the campaign field director for New Jersey 6th District Congressman Frank Pallone.

In 1994, William founded The Riback Law Firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Riback's firm is a full-service litigation practice working with class actions, civil rights, employment wrongful termination, and appellate advocacy. Riback has also worked for the Office of Public Defender in Camden County, New Jersey. Specifically, Riback worked with The Office of Parental Representation. In this role, William represented parents charged under Title 9, at risk of losing parental rights. Riback participated in hearings and trials, and advised parents for appropriate counseling.

Riback earned his Juris Doctor in 1990 from Washington College of Law- American University. Prior to that, William earned a Bachelors of Arts from Richard Stockton College.
