Most recently, as Senior Director of Human Resources at Vinson Hall Retirement Community, I partnered with leaders across all levels to strengthen organizational culture, drive retention, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion. I take pride in translating organizational goals into practical, human-centered solutions from leading workforce transformation during the pandemic to launching initiatives that improved engagement and reduced turnover by more than 30%.
