Most recent work experience was as a Distribution Lead/Espresso Tech for Domestique coffee roaster. In the last six years of my career, I've grown into new skills and improved upon already learnt specialties, a few being: distribution, production, sales, customer service, my mechanical acumen. I have proven my ability to take initiative from scratch, but also enjoy working in a team.

Distribution Lead at Domestique Coffee (2023-10 – 2026-07)

• Overlook and direct the distribution of coffee product and service.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and make Sprinter van repairs such as: DEF fluid injector replacement, Battery replacement, diagnose smoking, Identify faulty parts in the coolant system causing leaks.
• Light espresso tech work. Replacing gaskets, water pulse programming.
• Make all out going deliveries. Clean client's keg lines and collect feedback.
• Move and sort green coffee deliveries by varietal at the roaster. Required to lift 150 lbs plus.
• Help in the production room making+ kegging cold brew, labeling products

I was an evening shift lead/manager and barista. From Tuesday-Saturday. Made sure all items were checked on inventory and restocked, closed out drawers, kept other workers on track with their respective lists, and often dealt with customer service matters.

Specials Laborer at Rockett's Bug Juice Gardens (2021-02 – 2021-06)

Dealt with taxing landscaping jobs of the company like: Plantings, moving stone, laying sod, trenching drainage, relocating and planting small trees. Blended operating the dingo machine in with manual labor.

Farm Hand/Laborer at Walden's Farmacy (2020-09 – 2021-02)

• Worked on and off for Permaculture and holistic healing company owned by Trevor Mann, and became acquainted with self sustaining methods of gardening and farming.
• Put to use Ruth Stout and other's methods for less invasive farming.
• I learned Hugelkultur bed building, as well as how to balance a compost while using chickens, ducks, and a three bin system.
• Introduced to many herbs, trees and shrub components of a man made forest layers for regenerative food in our 7b -8a zone.

Custom Framer at Arceneaux Gallery (2020 – 2021)
