I have over 12 years of specialized experience in biotechnology and have developed extensive expertise in international and domestic Accounts Receivable and collections management. I managed a high-value portfolio ($11M - $19M per month) focusiing on pharmaceutical and global client accounts. Total overall receivables for my portfolio accounts from JUN22 – DEC24 was $103M.

I supported our global customers by managing international communications across multiple time zones. Starting early morning, from California, (before 5:00 a.m.) to effectively service customers in various regions across the globe (i.e.: EMEA, LATAM, and DACH), while also conducting evening calls to support APAC territories. This ensured comprehensive support for our diverse international client base.

I also collaborated with our outsourced billing partner in India (Synergen Health), working with team leads to manage collection activities, including follow-ups, reconciliations and account escalations. I was also involved with customer billing, billing corrections, resolving unapplied and misapplied payments and developing flexible payment solutions. As part of the collections process, I was also heavily involved with both Sales and Legal teams to support escalated accounts.
