Supports DHA-FE Program Delivery Branch in the following areas:

• Assists as a member of several collaborative groups for planning, standardizing processes, building, or creating tools in Excel spreadsheets to effectively track suspense deadlines.
• Created, established, and weekly updated a tool to track project’s submittal intervals, action items, reviews in session, upcoming reviews, and upcoming meetings/events. 
• Assists by validating receipt of submittal packages for reviews as well as sorting and logging them for distribution.
• Established a process by sending task requests for reviews to all participants involved in the review process to avoid deadline slippages. 
• Forward important transition information, local office information and pertinent building information to all parties on a need-to-know basis 
• Assists in creating and moving/deleting folders in MAX.gov for required projects
• Assists in the revision of vital documents as required by leadership.
• Assists in planning and executing activities that have proven to be enriching to the culture and the morale of our team: birthdays, seasonal parties, special luncheons, etc.
• Assists employees to submit pertinent documents to receive government equipment.
• Assists team players by opening tickets on their behalf and getting them acquainted on the process. 
• Participated as a User Acceptance Tester (UAT) by providing test findings throughout the new platform site which proved to be an effective way to compare and test the new site and improve the migration process. 
• Assisted as a Working Group Member designated to support Capital Strategy Management (CSM) Design Support & Integration Section before the re-organization took place to help provide examples, instances, scenarios of processes already in place that were or were not best practices.
