• Branded homepage to support simple site navigation, including header menu, UI pages, customized widgets, service catalog items, quick links for simple navigation to password reset and reporting abuse, and latest IT news and open tickets.

ITSM Implementation Project

• Researched one of five ServiceNow applications. Prepared and presented virtually MS PowerPoint presentation on Incident Management, highlighting its life cycle, baseline process, and how organizations would use processes to streamline work.
