In addition to clinical responsibilities, I have experience handling referrals, prior authorizations, scheduling, insurance verification, HEDIS measures, and administrative support. I also have outreach experience and am skilled in communicating with patients to ensure continuity of care and a positive healthcare experience.
I am BLS certified and NHA CCMA certified, with strong knowledge of patient care, infection control, teamwork, and maintaining professionalism in fast-paced medical environments.
