Leading submersible pumps & motors manufacturer. Working as a Production and assembly engineer of pump div. and looking for whole activity of plant from incoming QC to dispatch.
- Handling all Assembly section process. (NRV, coupling, Shaft starting, Impeller Balancing, pump assemble)
- Handling daily based pump production plan and completed and update my production manager. Also pre-planning for next day in evening.
- Service pump disassemble and founding the route causes after completed and dispatched to the customer.
- Worked as a pump assembly in-charge of V3-V4 models and did many improvements in process.
- Develop many KAIZEN in every process and improvement 5S on shop floor.
- Streamlined pump assembly line workflows using lean manufacturing principles, increasing daily production output 10 to 15% without sacrificing quality.
- Managed a high-volume manufacturing cell, consistently hitting or exceeding weekly production targets for industrial chemical and water processing pumps.
- Reduced changeover time between different pump model runs by 20% through the implementation of standardized tooling setups.
- Develop many QAP's for incoming material inspections. Also develop gauges and fixtures for the same with coordinate tool design engineer.
- Coordinating with all the departments design, testing, Purchase, QC, readiness of material against pending orders.
- Follow-up with customer support executive regarding client's urgencies and priorities.
- Efficient utilization of material and preparing daily/weekly/monthly progress report of all orders.
- Knowledge about improvement's in production and process in assembly dept.
- Directed a team of 25 to 30 assembly operators. Fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence.

- Established and monitored quality control measures to minimize reworks and scrap rates. Collaborated with quality dept. to ensure adherence ISO and other regulatory standers.
