Stay-at-Home Parent (2023-Present) Interim Program Manager - Families to Freedom - Houston, Texas (2021 - 2022) - Launched services for the new Houston office at the side of the CEO.

• Led the hiring process for new employees, conducted on-boarding and training, and built a cohesive and effective team which continues to thrive.
• Assisted with budgeting, grant requirements, and volunteer training/management. Operations and Logistics Manager - Families to Freedom - Houston, Texas (2021 - 2022) - Coordinated the safe exit and transport of over 500 survivors of domestic violence in the Greater Houston area, 200 of which were children. Created a safe exit plan with each client and coached them through its execution.
• Established productive relationships with domestic violence shelters in and surrounding Harris Cty.
• Extensive experience managing highly emotional people in the midst of victimization.
• Served as the bilingual hotline advocate as needed. Case-managed no less than a dozen clients who were Spanish-speaking only.
• Synchronized logistical requirements and communication between all involved parties for each trip.
• Established and implemented a new-hire training program without a previous template.

• Developed curriculum on leadership, ethical decision-making, organizational management, and tactics. Instructed over 200 enrolled students over 2 years.

Officer - United States Army, Military Police - Fort Riley, Kansas (2011 - 2019) - Planned, resourced, and evaluated training of 168 military law enforcement personnel in both garrison and deployed environments. Zero EO complaints during tenure. Operations and Training Specialist - United States Army, Military Police - Fort Hood, Texas; Fort Bliss, Texas (2011 - 2019) - Ft.

Hood: Oversaw operations for 7 departments. Synchronized unit's training, readiness, human resource operations, and logistics programs.

Bliss: Led 40+ people in providing security and provisional support to the installation's population of 186,000. Managed, used, and maintained property valued above $5 million, resulting in $0 of negligent loss or damage during tenure.
