Yinzhi Shi

I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. I have experience providing direct ABA services to children, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing client data, and collaborating with BCBAs/LBAs. I have completed over 900 of the 2,000 fieldwork hours required toward BCBA certification and am currently seeking opportunities where I can continue developing my clinical skills, complete my remaining supervised fieldwork hours, and gain experience that will prepare me for a future role as a BCBA.

• Provided one-on-one therapy to early children in clinic. Followed the behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA/BCaBA to address specific behavioral goals and objectives for each child.
• Accurately collected and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Collaborated with the supervising BCBA/BCaBA to track and report client progress towards behavioral goals and make necessary adjustments to the intervention plan when required.

Assistant Psychologist at Wellstar Clinic (2021-08 – 2021-10)

• Utilized the Cogoland system to conduct integrated visual and auditory continuous performance tests among children at Shanghai Pubin Children's Hospital; provided recommendations for testing procedures during clinic meetings. Assistant with the diagnosis of ADHD among children.
